Shirley Mae (Calvert) Bebout

Shirley Mae (Calvert) Bebout, 72, of New Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Amberwood Manor.

Shirley was born on February 1, 1951, in Senecaville, a daughter to the late John Jackson and Clara Mae (Polen) Calvert.

She enjoyed camping and fishing and worked in childcare for twenty-five years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Buck Calvert, a son, Ricky Lee Pittman, and a grandson, Christopher Pittman.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Danny Bebout Sr., whom she married on July 9, 1970, a son, Danny Bebout Jr. of Cambridge, a daughter, Lisa Bebout of Guernsey County, a brother, Harold (Teresa) Calvert of Guernsey County, a sister, Linda Athey of Cambridge, as well as thirteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and her friend, Mark Graham.

There will be no service held at this time.
