Stephen Reed Jones

Stephen Reed Jones, 74, of Omaha NE, died September 21, 2015. He was born October 1, 1940 in Cambridge, son of the late Dr. O.R. and Alberta Jones. He was a graduate of Cambridge High School. He worked for the Union Pacific for thirty-one years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Caroline Secrest. He is survived by his wife of twenty-four years, Carol Jones; children, Michelle (Scott) Sorensen, Melissa (Rod) Hoffman, Melinda Wilson, Michael Lewis II, Mitchell Lewis; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces, Pam Wasylik, Mindy Orme and Jennifer Zavaleta; and his extended family and friends. Private family services are planned.
