Stevie Ray Rhoades, 44, of Coshocton, passed away Friday (Jan. 1, 2010) at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital, Coshocton. He was born June 16, 1965, in Bay Village, the son of Sabina (Sullivan) Rhoades and the late Davis G. Rhoades. He was a laborer with Pretty Products of Coshocton. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Dale Armstrong and Lewis Dean Armstrong; and one sister, Deborah Christine Calvert. On Feb. 27, 1988, he married Melissa L. (Kidd) Rhoades of Coshocton, who survives. Other survivors include his mother, Sabina (Sullivan) Rhoades of Kimbolton; two sons, Ruben Ray Rhoades of Coshocton and Davis Charles Rhoades of Coshocton; one daughter, Nena Christine Rhoades of Coshocton; two brothers, George Armstrong of Kimbolton and Terry Lee (Byrda) Armstrong of Kimbolton; one sister, Deloras (Edward) Devine of Akron; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge. Graveside services will be Wednesday (January 6, 2010) at 11 a.m. in Kimbolton Cemetery.
