Terry L. Willis

Terry L. Willis, 70, of Cambridge, died Friday (April 7, 2017).

Terry was born March 23, 1947 in Cambridge, son of the late Charles Willis and Irma (Wise) Willis.

Mr. Willis worked as an intake clerk at the former State Hospital. He was a member of the Ninth Street Methodist Church, First Families of Guernsey and Belmont Counties, a Life Member of V.F.W. Post 3760 of Byesville, Disabled American Veterans and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother; Glenn David Willis.

He is survived by two sons, Brett (Kelley) Willis of Texas and Scott Cantrell of Georgia; two daughters, Amanda (Shawn) Fogle of Illinois and Teresa (Kevin) Perkins of Florida; a sister, Marsha (Ron) Scott of Cambridge; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the Northwood Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. conducted by Jim Gibson. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council. Burial will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
