Thomas F. Brown, 84, of Quaker City passed away Saturday (April 6, 2019) at his home.
He was born August 4, 1934 in St. Clairsville and was the son of the late Edward Oscar and Lola Geraldine (Chipp) Brown.
Mr. Brown retired from Western Union after several years of service, and was an Army veteran of Vietnam.
No calling hours or services will be observed.
