Thomas E. Snider Sr.

Thomas E. Snider Sr., 42, of Quaker City, died Monday (September 28, 2009) at his home. He was born October 10, 1966 in Wheeling WV, son of Kenny Snider and Judy (Powell) Bennington. Mr. Snider was the owner and operator of Tom's Total Tree Service for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He loved being around his kids. He was preceded in death by a brother, Scott James Bennington. He is survived by his father & step-mother, Kenny and Janice Snider of Harrisville; his mother & step-father, Judy (Powell) and Dale T. Bennington of Martins Ferry; a son, Tommy E. Snider Jr. of Quaker City; four daughters, Vanessa Snider, Dreamma Gonghenour, Kylynn M. Snider and Hyland W. Snider all of Quaker City; his fiancée, Ashley M. Gonghenour of Quaker City; three sisters, Penny J. Bennington Beavers of Martins Ferry, Terra Trouten of Yorkville and Savanna Snider of Rayland; a granddaughter, Jillian S. Raines; his maternal grandmother, Nancy L. Powell of Wheeling WV; his ex-wife, Diane Ball of Old Washington; and several nieces & nephews. No calling hours will be observed. No services will be held at this time.
