Timothy D. Burt

Timothy D. Burt, 61, died Friday (August 14, 2015) at his home in Byesville, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 15,1954 in Cambridge, son of the late Robert and Pearl (Waers) Burt. He worked for Van Dyne Crotty and Jonathan Bye Industries as a truck loader. He enjoyed fishing and watching wrestling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers; Randy Burt, Ricky Rodriquez and Robert Burt; son, Johny Ogle; niece, Kentina Davis; and nephew, Michael Robison. He is survived by his life long companion, Susan Ogle; son, Jason Burt of Texas; brother, Bill Burt of Cambridge; sister, Donna Rodriquez of Cambridge; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Tuesday (August 18, 2015) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Randolph White officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Byesville.
