Timothy Hall

Timothy "Tim" Hall, 58, of Cambridge, died Thursday (May 9, 2013) at Southeastern Med. He was born July 18, 1954, in Cambridge, son of the late Charles W. Hall and Loretta "Joanne" Carpenter. Mr. Hall was a commercial roofer for Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal. He was a Christian by faith, and a member of Eagles Aerie 386, Moose Lodge, and Roofers Union Local 188. He was a 1972 graduate of Cambridge High School and attended West Liberty State, where he played baseball. He was a Ohio State and Browns fan. He loved golfing, spending time with his family and friends, and especially his five grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Beau Charles Hall; and a sister, Lori Jo Hall. He leaves his wife, Trudy Marlatt Hall, whom he married July 28, 1973; daughters, Mandy (Kris) Sanchez of Tucson, Ariz., and Arianne (Lee) Stoner of Cambridge; stepfather, Jack Carpenter of Cambridge; three brothers, Jeff (Pam) Hall, Mark Hall and Chris (Diana) Hall, all of Cambridge; a sister, Beth Johnston of Cambridge; five grandchildren, Bella and Kasen Sanchez and Coen, Ethan and Aubrie Stoner; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of friends. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today (Sunday) and from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, with the Rev. Jim Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Center Cemetery.
