Timothy D. Reed

Timothy D. "Critter" Reed, 56, passed away Thursday (August 9, 2018) after a courageous fight with cancer.
He was born April 17, 1962 and is survived by his parents, Dempsey "Ted" and Joan McBroom Reed.
Tim lived in Kent most of his life before moving to Old Washington.
He loved family reunions, boating, and fishing.
He attended church at the Abundant Life Pentecostal Church of God.
Tim brought laughter and hugs to everyone around.
He will be greatly missed and loved by all.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Justin Reed and Jessica Berenyi; brothers, Teddy (& Liz) Reed of Gassaway WV and David (& Vickie) Reed of Kent; sisters, Diane (& Randy) Rochowiak of Kent, Sheryl Reed of Old Washington, and Janette Tinlin (& Rodney Hall) of Kent; and many nieces & nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by his special lady, Pat McClements; and a stepson, Marc Guttman.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Melvin and Janice Reed, Tim's sister, Sheryl, the volunteers at Hospice, and Pastor Hennessy for spending quality time with Tim during his time of need.
A cremation has taken place.
The family will have a gathering to share memories on Friday (August 17, 2018) from 6 p.m. to dusk at the Lions Park (4484 Edson Road, Kent OH 44240).
