Travis Michael Shaver

Travis Michael Shaver, 44, of Cambridge, died Saturday (May 25, 2019) at Cambridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation.
He was born August 6, 1974 in Akron, son of the late Cindy (Shaver) Bauerbach.
Mr. Shaver had worked as a construction sub-contractor for many years, specializing in the construction of pole barns.
He enjoyed watching and playing sports, fishing, and cooking out – even in the winter. He was a fan of all Cleveland sports teams.
He is survived by his fiancée, Nichole LaCroix; two sons, Justin Shaver of Cambridge and Trashaun Shaver of Cambridge; two daughters, Kadessa Shaver of Cambridge and Ciara McKelvey of Woodsfield; a step-daughter, Katelyn Morris; a brother, Sam (& Heather) Shaver of Sydney; three sisters, Angel Shaver of Akron, Misty Shaver of Akron, and Tina Shaver of Pittsburgh; a grandchild, Kinzley Reeves; the mother of his children, Kim Calvert of Cambridge; and many nieces & nephews.
Memorial visitation hours will be held Friday (May 31, 2019) from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where a memorial service will follow at 4 p.m.
