Vickie Charlene Hickman

Vickie Charlene Hickman, 60, of New Concord, died Friday (March 29, 2013) at Genesis-Good Samaritan Medical Center, Zanesville. She was born June 11, 1952 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Charles and Leona Todd. She worked at the Eagles Club for twenty-one years as a bartender and was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary. Ms. Hickman was 1970 graduate of Cambridge High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an aunt, Beverly; two uncles, Paul and Herschel; and her former husband, Kevin Hickman. She is survived by three sons, Kevin Hickman (& Kari Roe) of New Concord, Kenny (& Leslie) Stover of Cambridge, and John (& Heather) Fannin of Byesville; two brothers, Dana and Kevin; three sisters, Maryetta, Sandy, and Pam; two aunts, Barb and Patty; an uncle, Whitey; a special friend, Jim Wilson; many nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Chip Hickman; and her dog, Lacy Lulu. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where Eagles Auxiliary services will begin at 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, on Friday (April 5, 2013) at 11 a.m. with Rev. Randolph White officiating. Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.
