Walter "Bud" Frederick Jr.

Walter "Bud" Frederick Jr., 76, of Quaker City, died Thursday (January 16, 2014) at Kindred Nursing & Rehabilitation, Cambridge. He was born September 20, 1937 in Cleveland OH, son of the late Walter Frederick and Mary Louise (Stamper) Frederick. Mr. Frederick was a boat salesman for Lake Erie Boat Sales and Modern Marine. He also owned and operated a home monitoring business. He enjoyed hunting and sailing. Mr. Frederick was a US Army veteran, having served during the Korean War. He is survived by a host of family members and close friends. No calling hours will be observed. A memorial service will be held Saturday (January 25, 2014) from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, with military honors conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.
