Wilber W. "Junior" Weaver, 56, of Cambridge, died Thursday (August 18, 2016) at his home. He was born September 9, 1959 in Bell Gardens CA, son of the late Wilber W. Weaver Sr. and Vera (Hill) Weaver. Mr. Weaver had worked for Ohio Bridge as a truck driver for many years. He was also a self-employed mechanic. He enjoyed collecting many items, especially pencil sharpeners and model cars. He cherished spending time with grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Sandy Fulton, Jill South, and Judy Gentry; a niece, April Weaver; a nephew, Roger Huff Jr.; and a grandson, Kaden Bond. He is survived by his wife, Kelly (Proudfoot) Weaver, whom he married May 2, 1994; three sons, Tim (& Tina) Bond, Cody (& Kristy) Bond, and Johnathon Weaver all of Cambridge; a daughter, Brandi (& Buddy) McManaway of Claysville; a brother, Roger (& Karen) Huff of Byesville; three sisters, Charlotte Leonard of Pleasant City, Diana Huff of Cambridge, and Darlene May of Cambridge; thirteen grandchildren; and three special friends, Albert Hardy, Richard Meighen, and Joe Brubaker. Visitation will be held Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held Tuesday (August 23, 2016) at 11 a.m. with Pastor Marie Hanning officiating. Burial will be at Clearfork Cemetery.
