William H. "Billbob" Barlow, 33, of Cambridge, died Sunday (September 7, 2014) at his home. He was born January 15, 1981 in Zanesville, son of Ruth (Mahley) Bichard and the late Ralph Barlow. Mr. Barlow had worked at Guernsey Scrap and Recycling. He enjoyed playing basketball with his friends at Jefferson Park, fishing, and collecting sports cards. He was an avid L.A. Lakers and Cincinnati Bengals fan. He loved playing with his dog, Poodle-Tess. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marcella & Leo Mahley and William & Virginia Barlow; a stepbrother, Rick Bichard Sr.; an uncle, Leo Mahley; an aunt, Helen Caskey; and a cousin, Nora Jane Williams. He is survived by his wife, Crystal (Ditto) Barlow; his mother and stepfather, Ruth & Dick Bichard of Cambridge; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Brenda & Kenny Bradford; two brothers, Ed (& Pam) Barlow and Dave (& Dixie) Barlow; a stepbrother, Dickie Kiggens; three brothers-in-law, Will (& Melissa) Ditto, Kenny Ditto, and Ray Ditto; four nephews, Ryan Barlow, David Barlow, Ricky Bichard, and Michael Jamiel; two nieces, Sondra Butcher and Monica Siddle; a great-nephew, Blaize Barlow; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; his brother from another mother, Larry "Bean" Jeffrey; and two special friends, Elmer (& Cheryl Wickham and Kenny "Bigman" Hickman. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held Thursday (September 11, 2014) at 1 p.m. with Larry Jeffrey officiating.
