William "B.J." Joseph Paul Henry

William Joseph Paul "B.J." Henry, 42, of New Concord, died Sunday (January 15, 2017) at his home. He was born October 31, 1974 in Cambridge, son of Penny (Cusick) Henry and the late William R. Henry. Mr. Henry had worked as an occupational therapist for the Licking County MRDD. He was a 1993 graduate of Meadowbrook High School and a 1997 graduate of Duquesne University, having earned his master's degree in occupational therapy. His daughters were his life. He enjoyed the outdoors and vacationing. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Stacey Laipply; a brother-in-law, Bill Rose; and an uncle, John Cusick. He is survived by his wife, Teri (Moore) Henry, whom he married June 27, 1998; two daughters, Ashlyn (age 8) and Addisyn (age 3); his mother, Penny Henry of Senecaville; two sisters, Holly (& Adam) Dyer of Old Washington and Shari Rose of Florida; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Barb Moore of Batesville; his grandmother-in-law, Ruth Moore of Batesville; brothers-in-law, David (& Shari) Moore of Pleasant City and Joe Laipply of Summerfield; his nieces and nephews, Jakala Laipply, Jenae (& David) Reed, Jalena Laipply, Jaesey Laipply, Joseph Laipply, Logan Moore, Landon Moore, Slade Rose, Audra Dyer, Brock Reed, and Mille Jo Laipply; an aunt, Deb (& Dave) Williams; and his cousins, Heather Williams and Paula Schlosser. Visitation will be held Wednesday (January 18, 2017) from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held Thursday (January 19, 2017) at 11 a.m. with Pastor Sturman Moore and Pastor Mark Slay officiating. Burial will be at Senecaville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to an Educational Fund created for Ashlyn and Addisyn in care of Peoples Bank, 845 Wheeling Avenue, Cambridge OH 43725.
