Xavier Jeremiah Wise, infant, passed away on Friday (Oct. 31, 2014) Southeastern Med. He is survived by his parents, Jeremiah and Janet (Wylie) Wise of Cambridge; twin siblings, Arielle and Braxaiden; maternal grandmother, Helen Wylie of Cambridge; maternal grandfather, Lloyd Wylie of Cambridge; and paternal grandmother, Carolyn Shustar of West Lafayette. Graveside services will be Tuesday (November 4, 2014) at 11 a.m. in Northwood Cemetery.
