Barry Douglas Young Sr.

Barry Douglas Young Sr., 72, of Byesville, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at his home.

Barry was born on June 12, 1950, in Xenia, a son to the late Carl Lee and Peggy Joyce (Jenkins) Young.

He enjoyed fishing, reading, watching old western movies, and spending time with his friends and neighbors. Barry was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He worked in auto sales and was Christian by Faith.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Keith Young.

Barry is survived by his three sons, Barry (Tracey) Young Jr. of Parker, Colorado, Gregory Young of Aurora, Colorado, and Brad Young of Littleton, Colorado; his brother, Steven (Linda) Young of Arcanum, Ohio; four grandchildren, Kristen, Kayla, Alyssa, and Amanda and five great-grandchildren.
