Cecil L. Peters, 72, of Senecaville passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023. Cecil was born December 18, 1950, in Canton, Ohio.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 1pm at Mt Zion Cemetery in Quaker City. Pastor Jeff Eschbaugh will officiate.
