Cheryl L Zecicikey

Cheryl “Cheri” (Bintz) Zecicikey, 78, of Fort Myers FL and formerly of Zanesville and also Grove City, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Life Care of Estero in Estero FL.

She was born October 16, 1944 in Zanesville, daughter of the late John G. Bintz Sr. and Marion A. (Little) Bintz.

Mrs. Zecicikey worked as a systems analyst for thirty-eight years at Nationwide Insurance Company in Columbus.

She was involved with volunteer work with the handicapped and also with Operation Feed.  She enjoyed golfing as a hobby.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Allen L. Zecicikey, who died in October of 1998; and a brother, Jack Bintz Jr, a niece Erin Elaine Doll-Wooton, and a sister-in-law Beverly Bintz. Also recently deceased less than one day after Cheri, is her sister Judith M. (Bintz) Doll

She is survived by one sister, Catherine “Candy” A. (& Dick) Foehl of Zanesville; a brother, Dan (& Melanie) Bintz of Cambridge; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, & great-great-nephews.

Visitation will be held at Thorn- Black Funeral Home in Cambridge Thursday, March 23 from 11AM until the time of the service at 1PM. Father Paul Hrezo Will officiate the service. There will a burial will be at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway Friday at 11:30AM.
