Karen Ogle, 73, of Cambridge passed away Friday, February 28, 2025, at her home.
Karen was born March 16, 1951, in Cambridge, a daughter of the late John and Thelma (Stevens) Vermillion.
She retired from NFI and formerly worked at Colgate. Karen was a member of the Cambridge Moose Lodge. She enjoyed bingo, camping, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Ogle Jr, whom she married December 15, 1969, and who passed February 2, 2021; two brothers, Clyde Patrick Vermillion and infant William Vermillion; six sisters, Ruby Rowan, Debbie Walker, Juanita Meighan, Marion Messenger, Jean Willey, and Diane Steele.
She is survived by two sons, Albert (Dawn) Ogle of Senecaville and Jeff (Christine) Ogle of Cambridge; a daughter, Pam Touvell of Cambridge; a brother, Paul (Martha) Vermillion of Cadiz; a sister, Kathy (John) Ingram of Cambridge; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and good friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 11AM- 1PM at Thorn- Black Funeral Home in Cambridge, with the service starting at 1PM. Interment will occur at Guernsey Memory Gardens. Pastor Parry Baranich will officiate.
