Marjorie (Moore) Stillion

Marjorie Moore Stillion passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born February 23, 1927, in Buffalo, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Adam and Emma Robbins Moore of Byesville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Stillion, whom she married on June 22, 1946, and passed away on May 3, 1996. Also preceding her in death was a sister, Alta Mae Davis and her husband, Herschel Davis, a brother, Harold Moore and his wife Edna Moore.

Marjorie is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Thompson of Cambridge and Rita (John) Jones of Heath, two granddaughters, Heather Thompson of Cambridge and Lisa (Bruce) Freeman of Hebron, one grandson, Troy Jones of Fishers, Indiana, four great-grandsons, Corey Freeman, Kyle Freeman, Colin Freeman and Aiden Jones, one great-granddaughter, Anna Jones and several nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was formerly employed at RCA, Rinks, Style Center, and Stoney's RV Sales. She was a member of Friendship VII Sweet Adelines. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Thorn Black Funeral Home in Cambridge from 5PM-8PM, with additional calling hours the following day, Friday, April 11, 2025, from 10AM-11AM with the service to immediately follow with Pastor Bryan Olden officiating. Burial will follow at Guernsey Memory Gardens.
