Rachel Marie (Pulliam) Harding

February 16, 1943 — July 6, 2018

Rachel Marie (Pulliam) Harding, 75, of Byesville, was promoted to heaven on July 6th, 2018.
She was born February 16th, 1943 in Eden, North Carolina, daughter of the late Deemus Pulliam and Gladys (DeHart) Pulliam.
Rachel was a lifelong homemaker who loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved the Lord and was assured of heaven.
Mrs. Harding was a 1961 Graduate of God's Bible School in Cincinnati.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Samuel and William Pulliam.
Rachel is survived by her husband of 56 years, Gerald "Jerry" Harding, of the home, whom she married on August 3, 1962; three sons, Mark (& Jeannie) Harding of Mt. Crawford VA, Thomas (& Lisa) and Peter (& Denise) Harding of Central SC; two daughters, Robin (& Allen) Smith of Byesville and Janet (& Andy) Mylin of Boalsburg PA; seven brothers, Robert (& Evon), Melvin (& Delores), Richard (& Elaine), Charles (& Linda), Johnny (& Cheryl), Deemus (& Linda) and Mac (& Sherry) Pulliam; two sisters, Kristen (& Edgar) Martin and Naomi Cole; s eventeen grandchildren, Caleb, Rachel, Alyssa, Sarah, Anna Marie, Lucy, Mark, Daniel, Thomas, Seth, Eve, Clara, Michael, Jonathan, Jack, Andrew and Nathan; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Rachel's life will be held on Tuesday, July 10th at 11:30 am at Christ United Methodist Church in Cambridge with Pastor Sturman Moore officiating. Burial will be private.
